Review of my music video
- 1. Review of my Music Video In this review I will be writing about how I will later improve my video. We were giving the task of making our own music video to any song of our choice. Me, Danny, Chris and Jack formed a group and chose to do the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. We shortly after made a story board and after some discussion came to the conclusion that we would make Chris’s story board for our music video. I am quite pleased with my first draft music video but there are bits in the video that I am not happy with that I will change in my final edit. For example we need to go out at a later date and do a bit more filming on scenery shots, as I am not happy with the ones we have at the moment because they are shaky. I would like to get some steady panning shots of scenery using the tripod to get a more stable shot. Furthermore at one point in the video Chris’s mouth does not match up with the singing by less than a second, so in the final edit I will sort this out and make sure his mouth is matching up properly. Also at 40 seconds in I have put a black and white effect in and slowed the video down as well. On my final edit I am going to leave the slow motion effect because it fits the video well, but I am going to get rid of the black and white effect because I have not used it well and it looks bad and doesn’t suit the video.
