  2 FADE IN: SCENE 1:EXT. A PRIMARY SCHOOL, HAMPSHIRE, UK – AFTERNOON – FLASHBACK - 2 DAYS AGO We hear a school bell. The clock strikes 15:00. Crowds of children laughing, talking and screaming follows. A girl in her uniform, aged 9, exits the school gates and begins to walk towards us. JEMIMA Bye Mrs. Brown, see you Tomorrow. The girl waves behind her. We then hear a loud rev of an old van. As we follow the girl walking, we see a black figure lift Jemima up and hold her mouth closed. We then hear the van door slide shut. Title text appears: “SECRETS” – as the van drives away. END FLASHBACK SCENE 2: EXT. /INT. A HOUSE, 5 CLIFF ROAD, HAMPSHIRE, UK – EVENING– PRESENT We see a 4 bedroom house on Cliff road. We see SEBASTIAN, sitting on his bed, sobbing. He is on his laptop while the TV plays in the background. We see Sebastian creating a missing person’s poster. We then see his mother, JULIET, gently knocking on his bedroom door. JULIET Darling, are you going to Have some dinner? You haven’t Eaten anything in a while.

  3 SEBASTIAN I’m fine mum.Why did she run Away? Why would she do this to Us? His mother signs and heads downstairs. Sebastian continues to work on his laptop, creating the poster. SEBASTIAN (V.O) Jemima has been missing for Over 48 hours now. She’s only Young. I hope she comes home. SCENE 3: EXT. THE LOCAL TOWN, HAMPSHIRE, UK – MORNING The following morning, we see Sebastian and his father KEVIN pinning up the poster. They’re both wrapped up in warm clothes. Kevin is placing the poster on a pole on the pavement. Sebastian is holding the pins and remaining posters. Sebastian looks concerned. KEVIN It’s ok son, we will find Our little girl. I’m sure The police will find her. SCENE 4: EXT. / INT. 5 CLIFF ROAD, HAMPSHIRE, UK – LATE MORNING We see Sebastian and Kevin pull up on their driveway. We see them opening up the front door to Juliet. They are

  4 accompanied by aninspector wearing a trench coat and a smart shirt. He smiles. INSPECTOR TATE Good afternoon Mr. Pierce. He nods at Sebastian and Kevin. His eye contact remains with Sebastian. INSPECTOR TATE I am here today to ask a few Questions about Jemima and When you last saw her. Sebastian, I will start with you. SEBASTIAN I have done nothing wrong! Don’t even attempt to interrogate me. Maybe just ask the school? Or look on Their cameras? I’m fed up with All of these accusations. JULIET Come on darling. Inspector Tate Is only trying to do his job. I’m sure the questions won’t Take long. No one is accusing Anyone. (Continued)

  5 - Continued We areall collectively Trying to find our darling Jemima. I’m sure she won’t be far. SEBASTIAN Fine. Sebastian rolls his eyes. Inspector Tate takes Sebastian into the living room. The log burner is on, the TV muted. Kevin and Juliet disappear. Inspector Tate takes out his notebook and begins to question him. INSPECTOR TATE So, Sebastian. When did You last see Jemima? FADES OUT/IN SCENE 5: INT. KEVIN AND JULIET’S BEDROOM, 5 CLIFF ROAD, HAMPSHIRE, UK – LATE MORNING We hear Inspector Tate and Sebastian mumbling downstairs. We are faced with Juliet and Kevin whispering upstairs, in their bedroom. JULIET He came at 9am. I didn’t answer The door in case he wanted you. (Continued)

  6 - Continued He thencame back at 11. That’s When you came home. KEVIN Do you reckon he knows? JULIET No chance. Let’s go back Downstairs, before he notices. SCENE 6: INT. LIVING ROOM, 5 CLIFF ROAD, HAMPSHIRE, UK – LATE MORNING INSPECTOR TATE Mhmm... Interesting... We see the inspector call up his colleague. INSPECTOR TATE (Into phone) Hello? PC Collins? We have a code 7. 5 Cliff road, immediately.

  7 SCENE 7: EXT.5 CLIFF ROAD, THE GARDEN, 11AM We see Inspector Tate walk around the house to the back garden. He is accompanied with a sniffer dog, a black Labrador retriever. We see both of them around the garden, attempting to find some clues or traces of anything suspicious in the garden. We believe that no one is home. SCENE 8: INT. UNKNOWN ROOM, UNKNOWN TIME We see a pair of hands, with a specific pearl bracelet place a knife into a box. This box is then placed into the wardrobe. SCENE 9: INT. 7 CLIFF ROAD, THE KITCHEN, 11AM We see Juliet with their neighbour Margret having a cup of tea. We hear mumbles which is Kevin talking to Margret’s husband upstairs. As we see Margret lift up her mug, we see the same pearl bracelet, as shown previously before. SCENE 10: EXT. 5 CLIFF ROAD, THE GRADEN, 11:30AM INSPECTOR TATE Good boy Oscar. Smell this And track the smell. Inspector Tate gives a pink top, which belongs to Jemima, for the dog to smell. We then see the dog pull vigorously on the lead. We see the dog pull towards the locked shed in the garden. We see the Inspector open up the shed. It’s empty. SCENE 11: EXT. CLIFF ROAD, 3 DAYS LATER, 8:30AM We see Margret and Juliet putting up a missing person’s poster. We zoom in to discover the picture is of Sebastian. SCENE 12: INT. 5 CLIFF ROAD, 3 DAYS AGO, FLASHBACK, 10PM We see Sebastian in his room, on his laptop. His phone rang. We read ‘Unknown number’.

  8 SEBASTIAN Err... hello? We hearmumbles as Sebastian listens. SCENE 13: EXT. 5 CLIFF ROAD, THE GARDEN, 10:15PM We see Sebastian running across the garden, towards the sheds. We see Sebastian break the padlock of the same shed in which the sniffer dog pulled towards. We then see Sebastian open the door. There we see Jemima sat on the floor. She is dirty and her clothes are ripped. SEBASTIAN JEMIMA! How did you get In here? Jemima remains quiet. SEBASTIAN Come on, let’s get you out Of here. We hear footsteps. All of a sudden, Juliet appears behind Sebastian and pushes him into the shed. JULIET In you go.

  9 We hear Julietlock the shed with several bolts and padlocks. We see Sebastian attempt to get out through the door and windows, but fails. Jemima still remains quiet. SEBASTIAN HELP! SOMEONE HELP US! END FLASHBACK SCENE 14: EXT. CLIFF ROAD, PRESENT DAY, 8:35AM MARGRET Juliet, I heard that there were Some new children moving in at 8 Cliff road. JULIET Mhmm... Interesting. I might need To go and buy a new shed. I’m running Out of room in my paddock and garden. SCENE 15: EXT. THE PADDOCK We see loads of sheds, crammed into a paddock. Fades out. THE END
