But what makes a good SIP?

Plans are nothing; planning is everything.
                - Dwight D. Eisenhower

A good plan implemented today is better than a
      perfect plan implemented tomorrow.
                    - George Patton
Thinking well is wise; planning well, wiser; but
doing well is the wisest and best of all.
                    - Persian Proverb
