Strength  Any existing or potential resources or capability within organization that provides a competitive advantage in market  Example : Strong distribution network Intense Staff Commitment an Loyalty Increasing profit margin  Question 1: Can you identify some of your organization strengths ? Weaknesses Any existing or potential force which could serve as barrier to maintaining or achieving a competitive advantage in market  Example : Lack of clear company strategy  Lack of training opportunities of using new software  Question 2: Can you think of some of your company's weaknesses ? Opportunity  Any existing or potential force in the external environment that if, properly leveraged, could provide competitive advantage  Example : Organization’s geographic location  New technology  Question 3: Can you think of some opportunities  available to your com  company  ? June 16, 2009
