Radio Studio (RSR)
DESCRIPTION These adverts being aired on the radio
to encourage more students finishing
year 11 to go to Ringwood School sixth
form and parents of primary school
students, to entise them into sending
their students to the Ringwood lower
school (starting in year 7).
SAFETY Recording in a radio studio carries a
certain amount of risks, and so we need
to consider the possible hazards and
safety precautions needed to ensure no
harm comes to our voice actors and
production crew. Please refer to
previously completed risk assessment
for more information.
EQUIPMENT Desk, computer, microphone, recording
device (phone).
Production Schedule
TIME DESCRIPTION
Walk from our media lesson to the
studio together.
Time to set up for the recordings.
Recording of year 7 advert (allowing
extra time in case of delay).
Recording of sixth form advert (allowing
extra time in case of delay).
Pack up equipment and return to lesson
together.
