Final Expenses Breakdown
P480 – Bus Round Trip Alabang to Mauban
P40 – Administrative and Organizers Expenses (leg work,
  paperworks, phone and fax expenses, gas, ocular etc.)
P150 – Standard Pansacola Resort Camping Fee
P15 -25 - Miscellaneous Expenses (eg. generator after 10PM
  and in the morning events, overhead, contingency fund)
P150 Boat fee for late registrants
Total Estimated Expenses = P690 – P840 (still affordable and
  the cheapest there is)
Estimated expenses vary change depending on
weather and other factors in case of an emergency,
we may need to hire an extra boat if there are signs
 of bad weather, let’s cross our fingers and pray…
                   it’s summer 

•   Water proof your backpacks with a big air bubble
•   Bring Tent, Camping Stove with butane/fuel and Cookset
•   Drinking Water, Ice and Charcoal are available in the Island.
•   Cottage Allocation is pre-distributed. To verify your reservation, please
    stay after the meeting
•   Market is 5 minute walk from the Municipal Hall
•   Assign people for the 2nd batch in boat, these are the people assigned
    to buy food ingredients, etc from the market
•   Fresh Fish is available at the Port

This Competition is open to everyone but must be in groups of 3

Requirements:
   1. Must be registered as participants of The Heat is On - The 1st LUCP Grand Family
   Outing
   2. Bring your own ingredients. Hindi pwede ang pre-cooked (bawal ang delata with few
   exceptions like milk or other canned raw ingredients, etc), bawal ang instant food or
   niluto sa bahay, it must be prepared in Cagbalete Island all with raw ingredients

   3. Bring your own cooking utensils, stove, butane/fuel and cookset
   4. You'll be required to name your own recipe
1st LUCP Masterchef Outdoor Cooking Competition
                     Date and Time: March 17 5:00PM

Criteria for Judging
  - 35% - Taste and Smell – should be of good taste and appetizing aroma

  - 30% - Originality and uniqueness - Participants are required to name their own recipe
  - 25% - Presentation and Layout - Should also look good and be presented well
  - 10% - Preparation - Ease of preparation of ingredients, craftsmanship and
  environmental friendly

Blindfolded Tent Pitching Competition (4 Finalists)

Winner will be the contestant who can pitch a tent properly in blindfold
   with the least amount of time. (Criteria for a properly pitched tent will
   be announced on the Island)

Event Guidelines, Conditions and Facilitator-Participant Agreement


•   We ask everyone to drink responsibly and respect those who choose not to drink alcohol.

•   Use of prohibited drugs pursuant to Republic Act NO. 9165 is not allowed in the resort, bus and boat and all
    areas associated to the LUCP Outing.

•   Campfires must be contained in designated areas. Please ask assistance from the organizers and
    facilitators

•   Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM; Participants may stay up to enjoy the evening, but please
    respect your fellow participants. Excessive noise and/or objectionable language will not be tolerated.

•   Please do not move picnic tables and other resort equipment from designated sites unless you are given
    permission by the LUCP Outing organizers and facilitators or the resort staff.

•   Let’s keep our surroundings clean at all the times in the resort, boat and bus and all other places
    associated to the LUCP Outing. Each participant is required to bring one large garbage bag for proper
    waste disposal.

•   Cigarette butts should be disposed properly. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the sand.
Event Guidelines, Conditions and Facilitator-Participant Agreement


•   Personal safety is everyone’s responsibility. Anyone who has knowledge, in witness or aware of an unsafe
    act and/or condition will be expected to bring it to the attention of LUCP Outing organizers, facilitators and
    resort staff as soon as possible.

•   The participants hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold the organizer, facilitators and the LUCP admins
    harmless from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, and liability as to personal injury or
    damage and lost property arising out of the improper use of facilities and negligence.

•   Any participant, guest, that willfully or negligently defaces, tampers with or destroys property or equipment
    of the resort, bus, boat or of any other personal belongings of the another participant, guest, facilitator and
    organizer, will be held liable for the full value thereof.

•   The participants of the LUCP Outing free the organizers and facilitators from any liability from injury, loss of
    property, personal belongings, and life who ever causes such loss and fortuitous events or even acts of
    God.

•   Should you wish not to agree to the above guidelines and conditions and fees, the LUCP outing organizers
    reserves the right to remove you from the event and give you the full refund of your down payment.
