Safety
At
School
1. Classroom
While you are inside the
classroom, you must always
follow the instructions of
your Teacher.
Books must be kept
and arranged
properly in the book
shelves.
Sometimes, the classrooms have some
cutting materials that are sharp like
scissors and cutters. These must be
grouped and kept in a place where
the children cannot reach.
All things inside the classroom
must be labeled as these are
stored. It can also help identify
what objects are kept in a
particular container.
2. Library
 The library is full of books
that are classified according to
categories of the subject and
what they are all about.
Library
 I you are going to use the
library, you must put the
books that you read in their
proper places.
 You could also ask for help
from the librarian or library
staff if there is a book you
cannot reach
 If done reading, return the
chair by pushing it under the
table to prevent other children
form bumping into it
3. Canteen
The canteen is the place
where you eat. Things inside
the canteen are classified
according to their uses.
Utensils like spoon
and fork are kept in
a place according to
the type of utensil.
The food in the
canteen are also
classified according
to the type of food.
Wait your turn and do
not run towards the
food stall that you
want to go buy food.
4. Playground
The playground is the
place in school where you
can find children playing
with their friends.
If you are not yet old
and tall enough to use a
play equipment, do not
attempt to play there.
Accidents in the
school can be avoided
if you use the items
and equipment in the
school properly.
