Natural conflict of interest
14
It is important that the investor is involved in the project to ensure the projects success.
The investor has to understand the complexity of his own logistic processes and what are his interests in the project.
The investor should also understand the time line of the implementation of his project and what are his responsibilities and
finally the benefits out of this.
It is a lot of work to be done by the investor - client !!
The key elements are:
• Planning (Master Data are an important fact)
• Prediction (from both sides)
• Decission
• Strategy for the future (future plans and vision)
• Predict failures and problems
At the same moment it is also very important how to solve and avoid the
problems that might occur. In this metter it is crucial to trust and rely to the right
partner, who his experienced and can protect the interest and invest of the client.
