  Our Services InMore Detail Initial Phone Screenings ● We manage setting up the phone appointment with the candidate. (We can reschedule up to 3 times per candidate’s request, if you allow it.) ● Phone screenings verify basic knowledge of technical experience claimed on a candidate’s resume (up to 6 different topics per call). ● Typical screenings take about 15 minutes, and result in a Skills Matrix report we give you, along with a letter grade for each skill.
