When: It was established on 7 April 1948.

Where: The headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

Who: Szeming Sze is one of the founders.

What: The World Organization fights infectious diseases, and targets better
health.

Why/How: The World Organization to protects the people of the world from
deadly disease so the world can be healthy and live better live.

European Union

Who- An economic and political group of 27 member states.

What- The EU is committed to regional integration. They have a set of laws
that apply to all member states which ensure freedom for the movement of
people, goods, services, and capitals. They have 3 main pillars- The
European Community, Common Foreign and Security Policy, and Justice
and Home Affairs

When-Since the end of WWII

Where- In Europe, but some of the member states are not in Europe

Why/How- It was formed to boost the relations between the governments of
the European countries and to strengthen the trade and commerce ties within
European countries.

United Nations

Who-most of the world

What-They are trying to achieve world peace

Where-all over the world excluding some small islands and the Western
Sahara

When-1945 after WWII to replace the League of Nations

Why/How-Why because the countries want there to be peace in the world
5 W's for UNICEF

Who: UNICEF helps children across the world who are deprived of basic
needs

What: child survival and development, basic education and gender equality,
HIV/AIDS and children, child protection, and policy advocacy and
partnerships.

Why: they believe that children have rights, the world has set goals for
children, children demand a voice,
poverty reduction starts with children, the people of the world say "yes" for
children,
and children should not be dying from preventable causes.

When: UNICEF was founded in 1946, and continues to help children around
the world

Where: all across the world


NATO

WHO: The 28 countries who signed the North Atlantic Treaty are Albania,
Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania,
Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United
States.

WHAT: NATO, North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Alliance of 28
countries from North America & Europe committing to fulfilling the goals
of the North Atlantic Treaty signed April 4, 1949.

WHEN: The Treaty was signed April 4, 1949

WHERE: The headquarters is located in Brussels, Belgium

WHY: To help the countries involved in the treaty if a war breaks out or if
help is needed.
