I’ve been running User Centred / Service Design teams in different parts of the globe – understanding customers, their needs and seeking out the insights that inform design and product development for over twenty-seven years. Small to large companies, in-house and consultancy side. Always true to my UCD roots, I use UX research with Optimisation testing to find the way forward, working with market research and customer insight. I bring the cross functional team together that can define, understand and map customer journeys that will inform the product roadmap.
