As a leading LPI (Low Performing Individual) ) all of Stormy's intelligence is artificial. He is not particularly passionate, enthusiastic, go-getting, or motivated. At best, he is indifferent and nonchalant. In fact, he is not even responsible, results-oriented or a catalytic and innovative change agent. Stormy is not creative or driven. There is no track record or extensive experience of strategic, team building, or profitable, value-added synergistic success. He is an unaccomplished and unprofessional third tier player. A passionate advocate and internationally renown practitioner of the Dunning–Kruger effect. His long-term goal is to own and run a tanning salon.
