My career-long focus is on improving learning. I rely on learning research, platform data, and learner observations to make decisions that engineer better learning experiences, whether digital learning, informal learning, personalized, adaptive, or traditional online or face-to-face educational experiences. I design and implement learning experiences for higher education and learning professionals (faculty, instructional designers, staff, and administrators).
