Cyber Monday cloud storage deals 2025: all the sales on the biggest tech deals day of the year
Cyber Monday has arrived - and so have the deals and discounts
Black Friday may have passed, but the deals on cloud storage have continued over the weekend into Cyber Monday (which is today!). Some of our top picks for the best cloud storage are on offer, and they've already been tested and reviewed by our experts.
As more of us hold digital copies of important photos, videos, and files, cloud storage is increasingly importance in everyday life both for businesses and for personal use.
There are a couple of deals on this list that are 90% + off, which is the type of deal you only really see on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
My top pick is the Internxt 3TB deal - which is 90% off. It's our top rated platform for security - it's encrypted, and has zero-knowledge architecture with two-factor authentication.
Another personal recommendation is the Proton Drive deal, which is currently running a 60% discount. The great thing about Proton that it's the antidote to the 'big tech' of today, with an open-sourced, security focused cloud provider run by a not-for-profit foundation.
No matter what you're looking for this Cyber Monday, there are some fantastic things on offer - and our Cyber Monday deals hub is a great place to browse the best of them.
1st December, 2025: Black Friday is over, but Cyber Monday has arrived, so you can still grab a great discount even if you're a little late to the show. Cloud storage isn't like traditional Black Friday sales in that sellers don't really run out of stock to sell. This means two things: that the price doesn't tend to change much, since they aren't trying to clear stock, and also that sales run for a set time - so the next few days will likely be your best opportunity to grab the discounts while you can!

Internxt is our top choice for security focused cloud storage, with post-quantum encryption, two-factor authentication, zero-knowledge architecture, and password-protected file sharing - all from an interface that is smooth and user friendly.
You should be aware that this deal (and the other Internxt deals on the site) has been inflated a little as Black Friday has moved closer. This used to be $2300 down to $230 - so it's still a good deal, but not as good as it was a few weeks ago.

This is a smaller deal, but also a one-off payment for a lifetime of storage. 2TB is a lot of storage, and (depending on your age) most people probably won't use that much if it's just for personal photos or home videos - so a great deal altogether.

This is a huge deal, with massive storage and fantastic security and AI-based features.
The automatic updates and easy file sharing mean you can be secure in your storage for a lifetime. The upload speeds can be a little unreliable, but for such a great deal, I wouldn't pass it by.

The Ultimate plan comes with all the features the previous plan does, but with an addes CLI & WebDav support, as well as NAS & Rclone support.
You'll also get access to internxt mail, although it's not specified when this is coming, for an encrypted email service for total privacy in your communications.
You'll also get access to Internxt Meet - a platform for hosting video calls, protected by Internxt's post-quantum encryption - making the lifetime storage deal a lot more than just storage.

For our readers, though, IDrive has very kindly doubled the amount of storage it offers to 10TB while keeping the same price $4.98 for the first year. Black Friday cloud storage deals: FAQs and buying advice
When do Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales start?
This year, Black Friday 2025 started on November 28, with Cyber Monday starting on December 1. The sales usually end at midnight on Cyber Monday.
That being said, plenty of deals run over the full weekend and beyond, with big names like Internxt, Proton, and NordLocker keeping their Black Friday pricing until midnight on Cyber Monday.
How do I choose the right Black Friday cloud storage deal?
To choose the right Black Friday cloud storage deal, you need to understand which features you would benefit from, and what you might need. We have some guidance on understanding which could storage option might work best for you and why, if you want a more detailed explanation.
But, there are a few stand out considerations.
First of all, it's security. For anyone that deals with sensitive files or is particularly concerned about the safety of their storage, then you should choose a deal with good security features, like end-to-end encryption, password protection, and open-source platforms - like Internxt or Proton.
If you're a creative who works on projects with others, then you'll need to consider collaboration tools. There aren't too many collaboration focused platforms, as most focus on storage (obviously) but ones like IceDrive offer online editing and collaboration.
Next, and pretty importantly, you should consider the size of storage on offer. For most people, for personal files like photos and documents, 1TB will be enough, probably for a lifetime. But, photographers, video editors, or businesses will almost certainly need more. Some offers on this list even offer unlimited storage - so if you need a lot, that's an option.
Finally, and probably most importantly, it's cost. Cloud storage can be pretty cheap if you only need the very basic features, but if you want something a little more sophisticated - it can get pricey. Some of these above are one-time payment options - which are a great deal for anyone who doesn't want the hassle of subscriptions.
