Copy Chart with Text Boxes in Excel
Generally, in Excel, when we copy a chart, the textboxes that are present on the chart are not copied by default. But when we need to copy the text along with the chart, we need to use the method in this article. Read this tutorial to learn how you can copy charts with text boxes in Excel. If we try to complete this task manually, then it can be time-consuming as we need to create every text box. We can complete this task faster by using the grouping of charts and text boxes; another method is to click on the chart before inserting the box.
Copy Chart with Text Boxes in Excel
Here we need to click on chart before inserting the textbox. Let us see a simple process to know how we can copy chart text boxes in Excel by clicking on the chart before creating the box in Excel.
Step 1
Let us consider an Excel where we have a chart as similar to below image.

Now, before inserting the text box, click on the chart, then click on the text box under insert, and draw the chart box on the chart as shown in the below image.
Chart > Inset > Text box > Draw

From now on, when we copy the chart, the textboxes will also be copied automatically.
Copy Chart with Text Boxes Using Group
Here we will select all the textboxes along with chart by keep holding the SHIFT and click on group. Let's go over a simple procedure for copying charts with text boxes in Excel using grouping.
Step 1
Let us consider an Excel sheet where we have a chart along with text boxes similar to the below image.

Now press SHIFT and click on the chart, then click on all text boxes and right-click, then select group as shown in the below image.
SHIFT > Chart > Text boxes > Right click > Group

Step 2
Then use the command CTRL + C to copy the chart, click on the cell where you want to copy the chart, and use the command CTRL + V to paste the chart. Our result will be similar to the below image.
CTRL + C > Empty cell > CTRL + V
