v0.0.2 — the first build that opens

RoleModel Studio 0.0.1

The first release under RoleModel's own identity. appId is rolemodel.studio rather
than upstream's, which makes this a separate app rather than one installed over
theirs — and is why the version restarts here. macOS keys the Screen Recording grant
to that id, so a machine that had granted it to an earlier build is asked once more.

Named RoleModel Studio everywhere a person reads. The bundle on disk stays
Openscreen.app: that name is a contract with the cask's app stanza, the openscreen
shim and the DMG.

  - the RoleModel Studio hosted as a window in the app, with the editor embedded in
    it as a WebContentsView rather than opening a second window
  - openscreen open <file>, and .openscreen as a document type
  - brand tokens mapped onto Optics rather than copied, DM Sans self-hosted, and the
    HugeIcons set vendored
  - the brand wallpapers in the editor's picker, ahead of the stock set
  - a scripted capture: build the steps as rows, and rm-demo capture drives a browser
    through them while openscreen record captures that window
  - the recording HUD restyled on the brand palette

Known: NotesToolbar and NotesWindow.editable fail 8 tests on this branch, and did
before any of this.
