LSP Indentation and highlight support

      Support indentation in qmlls. This is basically done in https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/341032 but the Scanner/Lexer has to be replaced by extending the existing lexer we already use to be restartable and using that
