[Reg 6.9.1->6.9.2] Cannot send broadcast on macOS anymore

      After an update from 6.9.1 to 6.9.2 our unit tests on macOS are failing because macOS will return EACCES in qt_safe_sendmsg (src/network/socket/qnativesocketengine_unix.cpp) because there is no SO_BROADCAST flag anymore for QAbstractSocket::AnyIPProtocol.

      This behaviour was introduced by https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/659673.
