RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1519519

People

(Reporter: ca4e, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.92 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Creating a grid with "auto fillers" as the outer rows or columns, combined with clamp(). Which does not render the left- or bottom-most "auto filler".

Actual results:

https://codepen.io/ca4e/pen/xxwgqGP

Expected results:

Two "auto fillers" on both sides of the grid, around the green box in my pen.

This is my first bug-report ever, not sure if this is a bug with you or with other browsers I use as I have not read the actual css-specs. Though I feel fairly confident, and common sense point to firefox 's rendering being faulty here. Enlighten me if otherwise!

I see you log my user agent... But as I submitted this report in Chrome this wouldn't help you in any way. While retrieving my user-agent I also noticed my user-agent on Firefox seems to point to 68.0, yet my "About Firefox" shows: "74.0.1"

My Firefox user-agent is as follows: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0"

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

min / max / clamp landed in 75 (bug 1519519). Your testcase seems to work fine there and in Nightly.

Let me know if I'm missing something though.
