cloudstack-packaging

Builds packages for Apache CloudStack from the given github branch/tag

1. Push commit from the given branch/tag
2. Run $mvn clean install
3. Build bionic packages
4. Build centos7 packages
5. Check all files hash (md5sum)
6. Packages are ready for testing
