qmlls: remove unused cancel notification handler

The warning we emit does not make sense for the user (its client sent an
invalid cancellation), and the "canceled" field is never read.
Therefore, remove this notification handler.

This is a preparation step for QTBUG-150326 that tries to remove the
requestsInProgress mechanism.
