Build the pointerhandlers example with CMake
The pointerhandlers example has a CMakeLists.txt and is listed in the
qmake quick.pro SUBDIRS, but it was never added to the CMake build via
qt_internal_add_example(). As a result it was not built, installed or
tested in the default (CMake) build.
Add the missing qt_internal_add_example(pointerhandlers) call.
