StyleKit Example: Fix ScrollIndicator positioning in Plain style
ScrollIndicator was positioned too far inside Menu and Popup
because it had no explicit padding and therefore inherited control's
padding values through fallback. These values were larger than
intended for a ScrollIndicator.
Set explicit padding values to position it correctly.
