tst_EcmaScriptTests: raise timeout under ASANHEADdev

Just like with Android, execution under ASAN is rather slow, and causes
timeouts in CI.
Raise the timeout there, too, in the hope that it is enough to get the
test to pass again; running tst_EcmaScriptTests under ASAN is generally
something we want to do, as it can catch various issues with the JS
engine and the gc, which would otherwise not surface.
