If you are not signed in to a Google Account, you can see only publicly viewable
issues. You can sign in to a Google Account to use all Issue Tracker features.
To sign in to a Google Account, click the Sign in button and enter your
credentials. Your credentials can be a @gmail.com username and password or the
credentials for a Google Account in another domain.
After you have signed in, Issue Tracker displays a list of open issues that are
assigned to you. You can set another homepage to
change the issues that are displayed when opening Issue Tracker.
