Store sync
As the first part of its agentic commerce services offering, PayPal introduces store sync. Store sync makes any merchants’ product data discoverable within leading AI channels, and it includes the ability to seamlessly drop orders to their existing fulfillment and management systems. With a store sync integration, you can open your storefront to a new generation of AI-powered shopping assistants, commerce platforms, and automated purchasing systems. Instead of browsing websites, customers can use their own words to tell an AI agent what they want. Then the AI agent can use secure API calls to your merchant system to handle product discovery, cart management, and checkout completion. To start using store sync and unlock the power of agentic commerce, complete these steps:- Confirm your eligibility and prerequisites.
- Connect your catalog.
- Become discoverable.
