Il y a quelques jours, nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir au 66 Charron les étudiants du Master Droit des affaires, international et européen de l’Université Paris Dauphine- PSL. Une conversation informelle et surtout très concrète sur nos métiers, menée par Cécile Gilliet, Céline Allignol, Victoire de Boisanger et Sébastien Ouvry. Joli clin d’oeil : Victoire est elle-même alumni du master. La boucle était parfaitement bouclée. Un vrai plaisir pour nous de rencontrer les nouvelles générations, de répondre à leurs questions et de partager un peu de notre quotidien avec un public aussi curieux ! Il y a quelques jours, au 66 Charron nous étions ravis d’accueillir PEWIN - Private Equity Women Investor Network, leadé en France par Alona Ponomareva pour une soirée consacrée à la négociation, un sujet que nous pratiquons quotidiennement tant professionnellement que personnellement.   Un thème souvent réduit à la conclusion d’un accord ou d'un deal, alors qu’il touche à tout : s’affirmer, orienter une discussion, piloter une équipe, défendre une vision.   Aux côtés de Marie-Christine Maheas (Forvis Mazars), Sophie WIGNIOLLE (Eric Salmon & Partners) et Agnes Rossi (Proskauer Rose LLP) et animé par Isabelle Mathieu, directrice des Ressources Humaines d’Eurazeo, nous avons exploré des approches concrètes :   🔹 Négocier pour soi-même : stratégies de mise en avant dans des contextes tels que les évaluations de fin d'année et les négociations salariales.   🔹 Négocier dans l’exécution de son rôle : approches pour diriger des équipes, gérer les parties prenantes, établir des contrats et gérer une organisation.   Merci à PEWIN - Private Equity Women Investor Network pour cette soirée où l’on a parlé carrière, influence, progression, sans détour.
