re.c: mak eregexps with binary escapes ASCII-8BIT
* re.c (unescape_nonascii): make dynamically compiled US-ASCII
regexps ASCII-8BIT encoding if binary (hexadecimal, control,
meta) escapes are contained, as well as literal regexps.
