lib/benchmark.rb: just use Process::CLOCK_MONOTONIC
Assume Process::CLOCK_MONOTONIC exists (possibly emulated) and
there is no need to bloat our code by defining a compatibility
constant.
* lib/benchmark.rb: just use Process::CLOCK_MONOTONIC
