更新了构建配置文件中的应用元信息，包括公司名称、产品名称、版本号等。 同时固定了 Windows 平台下的文件版本和产品版本为 1.0.0。
在 README 和 README_EN 中新增使用情景章节， 并插入对应的截图展示应用场景。
新增 NetworkStatus 结构用于描述当前网络详细状态，包括 WiFi 名称、连接状态、IP 地址、 网关、DNS 及其可达性等信息。前端组件 ConfigManager.vue 中更新了网络状态的显示逻辑， 并调用新的 GetNetworkStatus 绑定方法获取数据。后端实现 GetCurrentNetworkStatus 函数， 通过系统命令获取真实网络接口配置，并解析出各项网络参数。同时更新托盘图标 Tooltip， 展示简化的网络状态摘要信息。
