Instead of getting the snap-bootstrap from /usr/lib/snapd/snap-bootstrap, now it is built from the current branch and copied to the /usr/lib/ubuntu-core-initramfs/main/usr/lib/snapd/snap-bootstrap
The idea of this is to remove any dependendy with the snapd.deb used. This will allow to remove the snapd.deb dependency in nested tests.
