This PR does the following:
devShellPkgSetModifierargument that allows the user to modify the package set before it is used to generate the dev shell.devShellArgsModifierargument that allows the user to modify the arguments passed toshellForto generate the dev shell. This was heavily inspired by feat!(arguments_of_stacklock2nix): Change additionalDevShellNativeBuildInputs to devShellArguments #57.This PR also adds a few small overrides to the suggested overlay. Check the CHANGELOG added in this PR to see exactly what was added.
