Reproduction app for firebase/firebase-admin-node#2437

1. Modify src/index.ts and/or environment to initialize the SDK as documented at https://firebase.google.com/docs/admin/setup#initialize_the_sdk. For example, set the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS environment variable.
2. npm install
3. npm run run
