We successfully upgraded to Issue Labeler 2.0.0 in #11262. This is a follow-up PR that:
page_sizeandpage_limitinputs since this repo can only successfully train pull requests downloading 1 at a time (due to GitHub's API performance on this repo and the typical count of files updates in PRs).No action is needed after merging this. We do not need to retrain or anything; it just sets us up for the future when we re-train next time that it will not need manual override of the inputs.
