Summary

  • Display the buildpack identity in the "Fetching custom buildpack" message
  • GitHub URLs (HTTPS and SSH) are shortened to owner/repo format, non-GitHub URLs shown in full
  • .git suffix is stripped and #branch fragments are preserved

Display the buildpack identity in the "Fetching custom buildpack"
message. GitHub URLs are shortened to owner/repo format while
non-GitHub URLs are shown in full. The .git suffix is stripped and
any #branch fragment is preserved.
Cover GitHub HTTPS (with/without .git and branch), GitHub SSH,
and non-GitHub URL formats in the display name logic.
