The thought here is that creating inconsistent HTML is something I can live with in exchange for GFM-support.

Perhaps this could be exposed as a run-time option for remark itself, instead? Otherwise, I suspect this being merged runs the risk of breaking a proportion of all existing slideshows created since remark's inception. |
