Sample Vote App

1. Install Zend Tool and PropelORM
2. Prepare configuration of database in /application/models/ (3 file - remove ext .dist and fill HOST, USER and PASSWORD)
3. Run 'propel.sh main'
4. Run 'zf import constituency' to import constituencies to database
5. Setup vhost with webroot set to 'public' directory
