Before publishing, we should update the formatting in this guide to match the updated style guidelines (commands, notes, files, terminal output, etc.). We should also make sure to replace all instances of Debian 10 with Debian 11, including in the keywords. Also update with a new published date.

Since this is a separate doc, I'm going to delete it from this PR, and a new PR should be created for publishing this doc after making the above style changes.

• Merge 6578 into develop
• Merge develop into this PR
• tests for this PR should pass
