C++ semantic hovers currently display evaluated integral constants in decimal, which makes protocol IDs and bit-oriented values harder to compare with source code and documentation.
This adds the opt-in
C_Cpp.hover.showIntegralValuesInHexadecimalsetting. Existing hover behavior remains the default, and the setting applies whenC_Cpp.intelliSenseEngineis set todefault.There is a companion PR on the native side.
