This PR aims to add podman support to Cerberus since it doesn't work out of the box.
Disclaimer: I've had to use Claude CLI to help me with part of the implementation, however, I have reviewed the contents and don't see any issues. Additionally, I have used it and it works fine. I only need someone with Docker installed to check that it doesn't break anything on the Docker side of things.
