Download and install the extension with the extension manager module.

1. Include the static TypoScript of the extension.
2. Set the constant plugin.tx_livechatinc.settings.liveChatId = YourLivechatId
3. That's it

If you want the chat to be hidden on a specific page go to page settings, open "Behaviour" Tab and tick "Hide on Page" in Live Chat section.
