The real-time counter that was enabled by default starting in the 0.4.x series of releases has now been turned off by default and put behind the --stopwatch flag. Making this on by default disrupted the workflow for a number of users, and I think makes more sense as a behaviour you opt in to.

spacer now supports a --width flag that allows you to explicitly set your terminal width for when the automatic width detection doesn't work, or you just have some other preference (thanks to @Squirrelcoding in #30).

Fixed a bug where resizing the terminal could cause very noisy duplicated output (#28, thanks @blackketter for the report!)

Spacer now shows a real-time updating counter of how much time has elapsed since the last log line (thank you to @K0n4ta13 for the contribution).

This release fixes a panic that occurs if the terminal window is thinner than the output spacer tries to print. This was caused by an underflow while calculating the number of dashes to print. Thank you to Kasper for reporting this bug to me.
