fix(a11y): repin Lighthouse/axe scan URLs to stable 200 routes - #1819

4 of the 8 pinned URLs (test/a11y/urls.js) 404 on deployed envs: /missions/, /missions/<slug>/, /groups/<slug>/, /tutorials/ — the approuter routes /tutorials/* and the mission/group index paths to CAP, which 404s the bare index (PROD 301-redirects them), and the per-slug pages rot when a mission/group is retired. So the post-deploy Lighthouse+axe scan only exercised 4 of 8 pages (the rest errored ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST). Repin to stable, CAP-served content routes (not rot-prone per-slug catalog pages): /browse/, /topics/, /concepts/<slug>/, /developer-advocates/. Verified 2026-08-15 all 8 return 200 on both DEV and PROD.

Problem
4 of the 8 URLs in
test/a11y/urls.js404 on deployed envs, so the post-deploy Lighthouse + axe scan (deploy.ymla11y-scanjob) only exercised 4 pages — the other 4 errored (ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST). Found during the 2026-08-15 DEV Lighthouse rerun.The 4 bad URLs:

Repin to stable, CAP-served content routes that don't rot:
/browse/,/topics/,/concepts/<slug>/,/developer-advocates/(keeping Home, 2 HANA-served tutorials, and /tags/). Verified all 8 return 200 on both DEV and PROD on 2026-08-15.Restores full 8-page coverage for the a11y + Lighthouse scan.
