Release 1.31.3 — Semaphore taxonomy auto-sync (DEV→main promotion)
Add a Name/Date SegmentedButton to the Cron health panel header on the admin-ui Board. Date (default) keeps the existing #750 chronological sort by nextRunIso; Name sorts alphabetically by jobName (case-insensitive, stable, nameless rows last). - job-controls-sort.js: add sortJobsByName + sortJobs dispatcher - Board.controller.js: cache the JOIN, re-sort in memory on toggle (no server round-trip), rebuild timeline ribbon from sorted order - Board.view.xml: headerToolbar with the sort toggle, selectedKey two-way bound to jobControls>/sortKey - tests: cover sortJobsByName + dispatcher (11 pass) Closes #2488

Adds a Name / Date sort toggle to the Cron health panel on the admin-ui Board (
/admin-ui/#/board), per #2488.nextRunIso(soonest first).jobName(case-insensitive, stable; nameless rows sort last).Sorting happens in memory on the cached JOIN — no server round-trip. The 24h timeline ribbon is rebuilt from the sorted order so it stays consistent with the table.
