docs: register gameboard + identity-dedup runbooks in sidebar (fix Deploy Docs CI) - #2665

PR #2664 added two operations runbooks on disk but did not register them in the VitePress sidebar, failing check-docs-sidebar.cjs in the Deploy Docs CI job on DEV. - Gameboard PROD data troubleshooting - Identity dedup reconciliation check-docs-sidebar now passes (141 pages, 150 links).

Problem
Deploy Docs CI on DEV is failing (run 37383259751) after PR #2664 merged.
check-docs-sidebar.cjsreports two pages on disk but not registered in the VitePress sidebar:/developers/operations/gameboard-prod-data-troubleshooting/developers/operations/identity-dedup-reconciliationFix
Added both entries to the Developers → Operations sidebar section in
docs/.vitepress/config.ts(alphabetical placement).Verification
node scripts/check-docs-sidebar.cjs→ok (141 pages, 150 links), exit 0.
