This release includes:

• safety check for empty transaction proposals
• more entrypoints accepting xtz
• switch from time to level-based logic
• safety check against empty flush calls
• removal of FA2 support
• new proposal type to reassign guardian role
• State Machine Tests and improved network tests
• several adjustments in documentation, contract/storage generation, unit tests and LIGO implementation

The main changes for this release are:

• the new BYO DAO logic
