In preparation for having the possibility to add banners to posts.

Note if this PR is not accepted then i propose that the header is split into a "post_header.html" partial, so that users (=me) easily can to add it to their own configuration. (See also #126 ) |

FYI: I now added banners to the post list - I've also added collapsible burger menu for small screens on my site. There are too many changes for a PR but feel free to take anything you might find useful. https://github.com/grinsted/hugo-theme-m10c/tree/glaciology |
