Error message for optional includes refers to old pypi package name

When using SedonaKepler, for example, I get:

Install sedona[kepler-map] to convert sedona dataframes to kepler maps.

...and it looks like there are a few other places in the code where we refer to sedona. Blindly copying/pasting this code leads to a borked pip environment rather quickly.
