Yeah, it's only permadeath, the game is pretty short, so I feel like even if you die, you can go back very fast with a new world

But it's true that it's not cool if you want to do some nice base building, and I should definitively have let you continue after wining the game, I'm sorry for that, Ihope you had fun anyway

I do hope to work on this game again, there are lots of ideas and even work made on a sequel, but it's too large of a project right now for me to handle...

I'm sorry I can't help you more, I don't know much about linux, those games where made with Unity 5 so you may find more info about some other games from that engine

You could also try the windows version using wine or proton, that could work well I think

I have no idea, sorry. Maybe you can try the follow up to this game, Fragments of Euclid, to see if it works on your setup (Fragments of Euclid contains Non Euclidean Room as a secret area)

to clarify things, you can have access to the content on both Steam and Itch, only the Steam achievements are exclusive to Steam, but those are also present in the game itself

In theory, you can load saves from other people. On my computer they are stored under AppData\LocalLow\Potico\Loopy Particle Simulator. So if someone gives you a save, just drop it in this folder and it should appear in the "load game" menu
