The Image and Buffer nodes do this for you. Just create an input in your custom node and connect them.

No, I don't have time to investigate more engines. Unreal is the obvious choice as an alternative to Godot for this project.

Godot is an awesome engine, I'm sure you will love it.

I would not touch Unity, even with a very long stick (except when testing Material Maker exports).

The underlying game engine is not what makes a game good or bad, so if your intent is to actually play the game, this should not change anything.

Plus we will switch only if we have good reasons to do so and will use Godot until then. 😉

Yes, that's an export problem, the default language should be english. We will investigate and fix this and upload a new version.

Just watched your stream's replay, looks like we have bad collision shapes, I'll check that.
I also moved the books to the left hand for a post jam release.

And are haptics broken? There should be some when interacting with rocks and finding memories. :/

Material Maker relies on Compute Shaders for texture generation, so a web export is no more possible for 1.4.

Frame rate was good (I used a PCVR build IIRC).

Had a look at your video and I feel hand tracking is way better on Quest 3.

Sure, we added a background, it should be better now.

No, we did not use the complex audio streams provided by Godot. But you can use them: just uncheck "Show properties", and you'll have an inspector-like interface to define your sounds.

It's a first version and probably needs more doc. Any feedback is welcome.

Are your driver's up to date ? There is a known issue with old drivers.

OK, so it's probably related to Vulkan support. Anyway, you definitely want MM to run on your nvidia GPU. Your laptop certainly has a utility for this.
